Dec 6, 6:30-8:30 pm, Hawks & Reed, Greenfield
Dear friends and family,
I am writing to you to tell you about an important upcoming event that is near and dear to my heart. Since 2018, I have co-directed a singing group for people with neurological conditions that affect communication. This has been a magical journey, and a wonderful way to help people with a variety of conditions (stroke, Parkinson's, brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, dementia, etc) to benefit from working with music and each other! If you wish to know more about Healing Harmonies and our past accomplishments, you can see the following videos on Youtube:

After going virtual through the past couple of years due to COVID19, we are starting to re-build our in-person presence, and have been rehearsing at Hawks and Reed Performing Arts Center in downtown Greenfield. We will be holding a benefit concert on Tuesday December 6th, 6:30 - 8:30, at Hawks and Reed in downtown Greenfield, to raise money to keep this group going. Featured artists will include the Butterfly Swing Band, soprano and previous HH director Shelley Roberts, and members of the Healing Harmonies choir. Details can be found here, and in the attached flier.

There will also be a raffle and a chance to do some group karaoke! I would love to see you there, and would appreciate it if you could all spread the word about this event so we get as many people as possible. Even if you cannot attend, we welcome donations to the group through the Hawks and Reed website.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart! I hope to see you there!
Much love,
Amanda Bernhard
