Events to Mark 25th Aniversary of Good Friday Agreement
UMASS PoliSci Dept to sponsor starting March 23rd
Leah Wing of the UMASS Department of Political Science has alerted us to a series of events to mark the 25th Anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement in Northern Ireland. Events begin on Thursday, March 23rd from 4-5:30 PM with “Negotiating & Implementing the Belfast/Good Friday Agreement: The Role of The Northern Ireland Women’s Coalition Political Party.” Events are planned into the month of May. Leah was one of our past speakers from March of 2018 when she presented “Belfast Murals: The Art of Resistance, Resilience and Reconciliation.”
