Dr. Christine Kenealy to speak on ’’The Great Hunger’’ on Thursday, Sept 21, 5-8 pm

The Northampton St. Patrick’s Association (https://www.northamptonstpats.org/) is sponsoring an event this Thursday evening (Sept. 21) from 5-8 pm at the Florence Civic Center (90 Park Street) featuring Dr. Christine Kenealy, Professor of History at Quinnipiac University in CT. Dr. Kenealy will speak on “The Great Hunger,” regarding the potato famine in Ireland; Bob Young will speak concerning the Irish Collection at the University Library.
