From the Hawks and Reed website:
This St Patrick’s Day, Rosemary Caine and the Wilde Irish Shenanigans are collaborating in a funky fusion of diverse musical disciplines and careers. The 8 musicians will come together on Sunday, March 17 for a rollicking celebration of the great saint. He may be spinning in his grave but they’ll be spinning yarns, singing songs and playing from an exciting Celtic Canon.
The super talented line-up this year welcomes percussionist Charles Shew; multi-instrumentalists Chris Devine and Michael Nix, who will Celtify Bach and rock O’Carolan; Brooke Steinhauser, who will sing some great new songs; regulars Michael Morgan on guitar and Robin Pfoutz on cello will reliably fuse their impeccable timing and bowing with the new collaborators; Cady Coleman with be earthbound with her flutes and tin whistle; and Rosemary Caine on harp will be the herder of all the above cool Celtic Cats, who are guaranteed to be more than the sum of their parts.
Best wishes!
